We have a passion for the art of dance and for helping others build strength and confidence.
CLASSES WE OFFER
Basic movement is taught through the use of the dancer’s imagination. It encourages rhythm & body awareness, while focusing on balance, arm & leg coordination and counting skills.
These classes teach classical ballet technique, both barre and center floor. This technique will focus on body alignment, arm/head carriage, stretching and strengthening of the legs/feet and ballet terminology.
Class format consists of a warm-up to enhance core strengthening, balance, and extensions through isolations, rhythmic exercises, and floor stretches. Students study jazz technique, and learn to build complex combinations and routines set to fun and trendy music.
This is a fun imaginative class where your little one will learn story telling through movement while including stretching, strengthening muscles, working on coordination and learning basic dance technique. We explore magical places, move to music, count rhythms and learn patterns. This class provides a great foundation to learning how to use the body in creative ways while building skills to grow in their dance capabilities.
